She stretched and rolled over, or rather tried to.  It was hard, since she was in the middle.  So she settled for lying flat on her
back and raising her arms up high while pointing her toes.

"Ah, that was so good."

They would have to get a bigger bed.  The queen size was okay for two adults but three was definitely pushing it.  Turning
her head to the left she could see the tousled brownish blond hair of the captain.  He was sleeping on his stomach, arms
under the pillow.  He looked so peaceful and unguarded.  Not at all the determined man she saw on the bridge everyday,
giving orders and side stepping enemy threats with finesse and cunning.   He was so solid and compact.  An intense man
at the worst of times, in repose as now, he was quite stunning.  She took a moment to admire his form, his powerful
shoulders, thick arms and broad back. Sensually lay over him much like the blanket. Yes he was solid, both literally and
figuratively.  He had a reputation as a ladies man and she sighed in remembrance and appreciation of last night.

Turning her head to the right she gave equal inspection to the first officer.  Longer and leaner than the captain, he lay on his
back, one arm thrown across his brow, the other across his waist, just below his hairy chest, in a very unVulcanlike
manner.  In fact everything he'd done last night had been very unVulcan.  If you went by contemporary Vulcans, which was all
anyone seemed to consider.  No she was definitely thinking pre-reformation.  Quite a lusty and passionate race.  They really
should let loose more often she thought with approval.  Had she been able to, she would have promoted him to
Commodore on the spot. Quite a performance, standing ovation material at best.  The mind meld gave new meaning to the
word "threesome".  Chuckling to herself, she made a note to ask where he'd picked up some of those other tricks.

Kirk and Spock they were legends. There wasn't a newbie fresh out of the Academy that didn't want to be posted to the
Enterperise.  They were known as the best command team in the fleet, period.   They had gotten themselves and their crew
out of more tight places than the law allowed.  Having worked under them for years (with the exception of last night when
they had worked under her) she was inclined to agree.  Now in her book, they had one more item to add to their list of heroic
accomplishments.

She thought about how it all began.  It had started some weeks ago.  A so called harmless flirtation with the captain had
quickly blossomed into a heated and steamy encounter.  The first officer had come across them in a very mutually
compromising position. From then on it was a case of three's company.  Starfleet should seriously consider adopting the
arrangement as a way of boosting morale.

At that moment the computer began a soft chime.  The time is now 0600 please begin preparation for Alpha shift.  The two
men stirred and rolled over to face her.

"Good morning Nyota."

"Hmmm, what's for breakfast?" The Captain asked reaching over.

What a way to start the day.

The End
